Scholarships and Financial Assistance
The Ogontz Arts Foundation is committed to making the Ogontz Choral Workshop accessible to anyone who wishes to attend, regardless of ability to pay. We do this in two ways: scholarships and financial assistance.
Please note that scholarships and financial assistance are separate programs. If you have questions, please contact us here.
The deadline to apply is Thursday, May 1st, 2025.
Scholarships
Thanks to the generosity of previous participants and donors, the Ogontz Arts Foundation is pleased to offer full and partial Choral Workshop scholarships to music teachers and college students studying music.
Individuals who wish to be considered for a scholarship must either be currently working as a music teacher in a public or private school or university, college, or conservatory OR show that they are enrolled in a college, university, or conservatory music program. (Students who have been accepted for the upcoming academic year are eligible.)
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by the start of the Workshop or be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Financial Assistance
Limited financial assistance is available to offset the cost of attendance at the Choral Workshop, on a first-come, first-served basis. Those applying for financial assistance will be expected to make some financial contribution toward attendance.
