2022 Participation Types and Rates

 

August 7 – 12, 2022

Due to a recently discovered scheduling conflict in the Ogontz Camp calendar (over which Ogontz Arts Foundation has no control), we need to end our 2022 Workshop a day early. New tuition rates are posted below.

If we are forced to cancel the event, any money you have paid will be refunded in full. Alternatively, you may apply your payment toward the 2023 workshop, or contribute all or part of it as a tax-deductible donation to the Foundation.

If the event takes place, but you need to cancel, your refund will be subject to the refund policy (below). 

Are you a K-12 music teacher? Read this.

Resident Singer – $725

Early Bird Discount: Register and pay by 5/31/2022 for $50 off the registration fee.

Includes lodging and meals at Ogontz Camp, tuition/singing sessions, recreation, special events, and NH State Rooms & Meals taxes. Musical score expenses are not included.

 

Non-Resident Singer (Day Camper/Commuter) – $695

Early Bird Discount: Register and pay by 5/31/2022 for $50 off the registration fee.

Includes meals (but NOT lodging) at Ogontz Camp, tuition/singing sessions, recreation, special events, and NH State Rooms & Meals taxes. Musical score expenses are not included.

 

Student Singer – $450

Participant must be a full-time college student at the time of registration to receive this special rate.

Includes lodging and meals at Ogontz Camp, tuition/singing sessions, recreation, special events, and NH State Rooms & Meals taxes. Musical score expenses are not included. No Early Bird Discount.

 

Non-Singer – $525

This is the category for spouses, family, and friends coming with you who are not going to sing. Includes lodging and meals at Ogontz Camp, recreation, special events, and NH State Rooms & Meals taxes. Non-singers may not participate in singing sessions including rehearsals, master classes, and warm-ups.  No Early Bird Discount.

 

Offer for Past Workshop Participants!

 

If you are responsible for a first-time singer attending in 2022, you may be eligible for a $50 refund on your tuition.

Make sure …
… you and your friend are registered and paid;
… your friend provides your name on their registration form;

… you email claire@ogontzarts.org after you both are registered and paid.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • Prior to 6/12/2022 – 100% of fees are refundable minus a $25 cancellation service charge
  • Prior to 7/3/2022 – 75% of fees are refundable minus a $25 cancellation service charge
  • Prior to 7/24/2022 – 50% of fees are refundable minus a $25 cancellation service charge
  • As of 7/24/2022 refunds for fees paid are no longer possible.

Registration Process

  1. Click on one of the Register Now! buttons on this site (once for each person registering). By entering your email address on the online form, you will receive an email copy of your form. Please save it for future reference.
  2. After you click Submit, you’ll see a confirmation message with a link to the Payment page. If you are interrupted and need to pay later, here is the Payment page. You will receive an email receipt of your payment.
  3. Once you are registered and paid, you’ll receive information on how to acquire the music.
  4. Later in the spring we’ll ask for your preferences for lodging, chores, dietary issues and more. You’ll receive an email copy of this form. Please save it.
  5. Lodging and chore assignments will be made during the week before camp. You’ll receive that information when you arrive.
