First published in 1948, this setting of the Latin Requiem is based on thematic material mostly taken from the Mass for the Dead in Gregorian chant.
Apparebit repentina dies by Paul Hindemith
This dramatic meditation on the Day of Judgment, scored for choirs of mixed voices and brass, was composed in 1947.
The Workshop will offer both scores for rent this year.
