Health & Safety Information
as of 5 July 2022
Ogontz Arts Foundation is committed to providing a healthy, safe environment for all Workshop participants, as well as for the staff of Ogontz Camp. Most scientists and medical experts agree that vaccines are an important tool in minimizing the risk of serious illness and death. Therefore, all Workshop attendees will be required to provide proof that they are “up to date” with vaccinations and boosters, as defined by the CDC as of 1 July 2022. There are three ways to provide that documentation:
- If you have a Google account, e.g., Gmail, log in and upload an image of your card here.
- If you don’t, or the form doesn’t work, attach an image of your card to an email to claire@ogontzarts.com. Include name, phone, age.
- If neither of the above is possible, present it when you arrive.
Bring a good mask with you and be prepared to wear it when singing or in close quarters.
Test yourself before leaving home, and bring some extra kits with you. You can order free at-home COVID-19 test kits from the US Government.
We will make efforts to provide social distancing in rehearsals and at meals. Further decisions regarding other safety measures may be made in accordance with suggested best practices as they evolve. They will be posted on this page.
The Foundation will abide by any protocols and conditions set by Ogontz Camp and the State of New Hampshire.
